Empowering Young Women Through Education and Awareness

Every young woman deserves to step into adulthood with confidence, tools, and awareness.
Our safety education assemblies are designed to equip students with real-world knowledge — helping them recognize danger, trust their instincts, and make empowered decisions that can save their lives.

Led by Angel Menendez — Shannon Melendi’s former coach and founder of The Shannon Melendi Foundation — our assemblies offer a compassionate, relatable, and memorable approach to personal safety.

What Our Assemblies Cover

Our presentations are tailored for high school seniors and college freshmen — young women at one of the most pivotal, vulnerable transitions of their lives.

Topics include:

  • Trusting Your Instincts
How to recognize warning signs early

  • Digital Safety
Protecting personal information and using apps wisely

  • Safe Socializing
Party safety, rideshares, traveling in groups

  • Situational Awareness
    Staying alert in everyday environments

  • Emergency Action Plans
How to react if you sense danger

  • Personal Safety Tools
Small actions and items that can make a big difference (like carrying a whistle)

Our goal is not to instill fear — it’s to inspire confidence, strength, and readiness.
